Decent scooter, minor issue

I bought the i9 E-Scooter for my daily commute. The delivery was quicker than I expected, which was great. The scooter itself handles well and the battery lasts for my round trip. I like the design and how easy it is to fold. However, the front light felt a little dim for evening rides, I might need to get an extra one. Customer service was responsive when I asked about ABE papers. Overall, it's a solid purchase and good for the price, but the light could be stronger.

Consistent quality, a return customer

This is my third purchase from iScooter, this time an iX4 Offroad E-Scooter. I've always found their products reliable. My first i9 is still going strong after two years. The shipping was consistent with previous orders, about a week to get here. The quality of the iX4 is just as good as I expected, feels sturdy and the performance matches what I'm used to. It's why I keep coming back.

Good value for an i9 Max

I got the i9 Max E-Scooter during a sale and thought it was a pretty good deal. The price felt right, especially with the discount I found. It rides well and seems solid. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.

Got an i10 Max, pretty cool

I grabbed an i10 Max cause my old one kicked the bucket. It got here pretty quick, like, less than a week. Unboxing it was easy, and it rides smooth. The display is easy to read, which is nice. Felt good cruising around town on it. No complaints, it's a fun ride.

Detailed thoughts on iX3 Offroad

I ordered the iX3 Offroad E-Scooter and the process was smooth online. It took about 6 days to get to my place in Arizona, which was acceptable. The packaging was good, everything arrived without damage. Assembly was fairly straightforward, just a few parts to attach. The quality of the scooter itself feels robust; the tires handle uneven terrain well and the suspension is decent. I had a question about the charging indicator, so I contacted support via email. They replied within 24 hours with a clear explanation. The battery life is as advertised, and it's easy to fold up for storage. The only minor point is the weight, it's a bit heavy to carry for long distances, but that's expected for an offroad model.
